通过多年在施工现场的观察,通过查阅有关混凝土内部应力方面的专著,发现在建筑工程施工中混凝土产生裂缝有很多原因。混凝土裂缝的产生若不加以预防并采取措施解决,它的进一步发展延伸会导致内部钢筋等产生腐蚀,降低钢筋混凝土结构的承载力、抗渗性能及耐久使用年限,甚至会危及人民生命的安全及财产的损失。混凝土中使用材料的特性决定了结构较易产生裂缝,在混凝土结构中完全消除裂缝是不可能的,规范中也有明确规定对有些混凝土结构在所处的不同环境下,允许存在一定宽度、深度的裂缝。但作为施工过程中应尽量采取有效的预防和技术保障措施来控制裂缝的产生,尽量少产生或尽量减小裂缝的宽度、深度,尤其要避免出现在关键部位或产生有害裂缝。因此对混凝土裂缝的事先预防,以及产生后的修补处理是建筑生产过程中较为普遍的现象,应有足够的重视。就工程实际中容易出现的早期裂缝进行了分析和说明,同时也有针对性的介绍了一些预防措施。

Therefore, the pre-prevention of concrete cracks, as well as the repair after the emergence of the building production process is more common phenomenon, should be given sufficient attention. The early cracks that are easy to appear in engineering practice are analyzed and explained. At the same time, some preventive measures are also introduced.
