抗倒伏性是水稻高产或超高产育种的目标之一。本研究采用力学量化测定的方法,对33份来自不同地区的水稻材料的倒伏指数和相关农艺性状进行了测量与分析。研究表明,不同材料各项指标均存在不同程度的差异;其中弯曲力矩和折断弯矩两项指标还受播期差异的影响,导致倒伏指数除在不同资源材料间存在差异外,也因播期而异。33个被试的材料中在5%显著性水平上有3个品种受播期的影响极显著,分别是特青,辽星21和Bombilla(欧洲温带粳稻);有8个材料受播期的影响不显著,分别是Y58S,TN1,R379,黄华占,成恢177,Triomphe(非洲温带粳稻),IR238(南亚籼稻)和B805D-MR-16-8-3(南亚籼稻)。此外,倒伏指数与株高,第2节间长度和株重等3个变量间存在显著正相关性,而与抗折力参数间为不显著的负相关性。
Lodging resistance is one of the objectives of high-yield or high-yielding rice breeding. In this study, mechanistic quantification method was used to measure and analyze the lodging index and related agronomic traits of 33 rice materials from different regions. The research shows that the indexes of different materials have different degrees of difference. Among the 33 tested subjects, 3 cultivars affected significantly by sowing date at the 5% significance level, namely Teqing, Liao-xing 21 and Bombilla (European temperate japonica rice); 8 were sowing date The effects were insignificant, namely Y58S, TN1, R379, Huang Hua Zhan, Cheng Hui 177, Triomphe (Indica temperate japonica), IR238 (South Asia indica) and B805D-MR-16-8-3 (South Asia indica). In addition, there was a significant positive correlation between the lodging index and the three variables including plant height, length and weight of the second internode, but no significant negative correlation with the parameters of the anti-stress.
