目的:将计算机导航设计制作的手术导板应用于牙种植手术,并评估导板的精度。方法:采用CT双重扫描法对患者颌骨及放射导板进行扫描,将DICOM数据输入Procera软件进行颌骨重建及虚拟种植体的植入,最后设计并制作手术导板,将其应用于牙种植手术,利用手术导板翻制模型,制作临时修复体,术后通过临时修复体的就位情况评估手术导板的精度。结果:手术导板指导下的手术均顺利完成,临时修复体均完全就位。结论:将计算机导航设计和制作的手术导板应用于牙种植手术具有较高的精度,极大地提高了种植体植入的准确性。
OBJECTIVE: To apply surgical guides designed by computer navigation to dental implants and to evaluate the accuracy of guide plates. Methods: The mandible and radiographs of the patients were scanned by CT double scanning method. The DICOM data were imported into Procera software for jaw reconstruction and implantation of virtual implants. Finally, the surgical guide was designed and manufactured and applied to dental implants, The operating guide plate was used to make the model and the temporary restoration was made. The accuracy of the surgical guide plate was evaluated by the position of the temporary restoration postoperatively. Results: All the operations under the guidance of the surgical guide were completed successfully. All the temporary prostheses were completely in place. Conclusion: The computer-aided design and manufacture of surgical guide plate for dental implants has higher accuracy and greatly improves the accuracy of implants implantation.
