LBL教学模式是教师的讲授为中心的教学方法,PBL教学模式是以问题为中心,充分发挥学生主体地位,围绕临床病例进行小组讨论,并得出解决方案,最后由教师进行总结的教学方法。两者各有长短,有很好的互补性。将两种教学模式相结合,既有利于知识点的系统传授,难点与重点的掌握,又培养了学生的自主学习、实践能力,是一种值得运用的教学模式。
LBL teaching mode is the teaching method of teacher-centered teaching. PBL teaching mode takes the problem as the center, gives full play to students’ subjective status, conducts group discussions around clinical cases, and draws solutions and finally summarizes the teaching methods by teachers. Both have their own length, with good complementarity. Combining the two teaching modes is not only conducive to the system teaching of knowledge points, the difficulties and the mastery of key points, but also cultivates the students’ autonomous learning and practical ability, which is a teaching mode worthy of application.
