随着我国加入世界贸易组织,矿山企业所面临的国内外竞争越来越激烈,特别在人才方面的竞争,给我国矿山企业的人力资源管理部门提出了更高的要求。只有重视了人力资源管理,才能在激烈的竞争中持续稳定的发展。而绩效考核在人力资源管理中有着举足轻重的地位,因此本文对绩效考核在矿山企业人力资源管理中的作用进行了分析和研究,从而提高矿山企业的竞争力。
With China’s accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO), the competition at home and abroad that mines face is becoming more and more intense. The competition among talents, in particular, has set higher requirements for the human resources management departments of mining enterprises in our country. Only by attaching importance to human resources management can we achieve sustained and steady development in the fierce competition. However, performance appraisal plays a decisive role in human resource management. Therefore, this paper analyzes and studies the role of performance appraisal in human resources management in mining enterprises so as to enhance the competitiveness of mining enterprises.
