探讨肿瘤患者红细胞CR1密度相关基因多态性与年龄变化是否有关。采用PCR方法测定肿瘤患者红细胞CR1密度相关基因多态性。结果 132例肿瘤患者红细胞CR1密度相关基因高表达率 (5 6 8% )明显低于 2 0 1例正常人 (78 11% ) ,而青年患者 (33 3% )比老年患者 (6 1 3% )更为低下 ;青年肿瘤患者红细胞天然免疫分子CR1密度相关基因缺陷与癌变易感性密切相关
To investigate whether the CR1 density-related gene polymorphisms of erythrocytes in cancer patients are related to the changes of age. The CR1 density-related gene polymorphism of erythrocytes in cancer patients was determined by PCR. Results The high expression rate of erythrocyte CR1 density-related genes in 132 patients (56.8%) was significantly lower than that in 210 normal subjects (78.11%), while the younger patients (33.3%) than the elderly patients (61.3% ) Is more low; young cancer patients with erythrocyte natural immune molecules CR1 density-related gene defects and cancer susceptibility are closely related
