“十三五”是我国走向全面建成小康社会的关键五年,也是“一带一路”建设的关键五年。本文重点分析了“一带一路”战略背景下,在道路畅通、资金融通、贸易畅通等方面实施的规划,提出了十三五规划对于中国经济发展和区域经济一体化建设,对于中国培育国际竞争优势,促进与“一带一路”沿线国家互联互通的重要意义。 “Thirteen-Five” is the key five-year period for our country’s efforts to build a well-off society in an all-round way. It is also the crucial five-year period for the construction of the “Belt and Road”. This paper focuses on the “One Belt and One Road,” under the strategic background of the smooth flow of roads, financial intermediation, trade and other aspects of the smooth implementation of the plan put forward the 13th Five-Year Plan for China’s economic development and regional economic integration, for China to cultivate international Competitive Advantage and Promote the Importance of Interconnection with Countries along the Belt and Road Initiative.
