目的:通过检测贵州省荔波县5个青梅主要产区的所产青梅干果中的29种矿物元素分布情况,建立荔波县野生青梅果数据库。方法:采用国家和地方标准检测方法对29种矿物元素进行检测,并对结果进行统计分析。结果:发现5个产区野生青梅干果中Mg含量最高(3308.42mg/kg)汞含量最低(0.0081mg/kg)。结论:荔波县野生青梅果中Mg、Se、Fe、Zn等有益元素含量较高,也是高钾低钠食品。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a database of wild green plum fruit in Libo County by detecting the distribution of 29 kinds of mineral elements in the plum plum produced in five major plum producing areas in Libo County, Guizhou Province. Methods: 29 kinds of mineral elements were tested by national and local standard test methods, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: The lowest content of mercury (0.0081mg / kg) was found in the highest content of Mg in the greening plum of the five producing areas (3308.42mg / kg). Conclusion: The content of beneficial elements such as Mg, Se, Fe, Zn and other beneficial elements in the wild green plum fruit of Libo County is also high potassium and low sodium food.
