为了分析贫混凝土基层水泥混凝土路面结构的基层和新铺水泥混凝土板的应力情况,以清远~连州一级公路为依托,通过三维有限元分析方法,分析了贫混凝土基层模量、贫混凝土基层厚度、原路面作底基层后的等效厚度和模量以及荷载大小等对新水泥混凝土板和贫混凝土基层板荷载应力的影响。路面结构计算与分析表明:随贫混凝土基层模量的增加,贫混凝土基层板底拉应力逐渐增大,新板板底拉应力逐渐减小;贫混凝土板厚变化在允许的范围内,并不影响按平均板厚计算得到的荷载应力值,设计时可按照平均厚度计算;底基层等效厚度和模量的变化对新加铺水泥混凝土板底部拉应力的影响不显著;荷载的增加是造成荷载应力增加的重要因素,故必须严格控制超载现象。
