高炉喷吹煤粉代替部分冶金焦,虽使高炉炼铁得到明显的经济效益,但也存在一些不利的因素,限制着喷煤效益的提高。因而在一定的冶炼条件下,控制高炉过程中某些合适的操作变量,以使喷煤取得最佳效益的最优化问题,是一个很重要的课题。最优化问题就是要选择能说明喷煤经济效益的目标函数,并建立目标函数及其约束条件与各操作变量之间的数学模型,通过运算,找出相应的值来控制喷煤操作。实践表明:在高炉操作的
