本文研究了邢钢不同烧结矿碱度对烧结矿冶金性能和炼铁技术经济指标的影响。研究结果表明:在目前不具备高、低碱度烧结矿搭配供高炉使用的情况下,以生产碱度为1.2~1.3的烧结矿为宜。研究还指出:碱度在1.4~1.7时出现强度衰减区,尤以1.5~1.6为最严重。因此,在实际生产时,应避开这个碱度范围。生产实践证明:烧结矿碱度由1.0提高到1.15时,烧结、炼铁各项指标都有明显提高。文中对研究的几种不同碱度的烧结矿冶金性能和矿相变化也作了较详细的描述。
In this paper, the influence of basicity of sinter with different sinter on metallurgy and metallurgical performance of sinter is analyzed. The results show that: In the present does not have high and low alkalinity sinter with blast furnace for the case, to produce alkalinity of 1.2 ~ 1.3 sinter is appropriate. The study also pointed out: Alkalinity in the 1.4 ~ 1.7 intensity attenuation zone, especially 1.5 to 1.6 for the most serious. Therefore, in actual production, should avoid this alkalinity range. Production practice shows that: sinter alkalinity increased from 1.0 to 1.15, the sintering, ironmaking indicators have increased significantly. In this paper, several different alkalinity of the metallurgical properties of sinter and the phase changes are also described in more detail.
