利用甲醇-硫酸混合液(体积比10∶7)对土壤和白菜中低分子量有机酸同时进行提取和甲酯化衍生,然后利用二氯甲烷液-液萃取,气相色谱法分析。土壤中7种低分子量有机酸(草酸、丙二酸、反丁烯二酸、琥珀酸、马来酸、L-苹果酸、柠檬酸)的添加回收率为81.93%~95.58%,白菜中的添加回收率为84.78%~106.99%,方法的检出限为0.72~4.14 mg/kg。方法用于测定根际、非根际土壤和白菜根系、茎叶中的低分子量有机酸,结果准确可靠。
The methanol-sulfuric acid mixture (10: 7 by volume) was used for the simultaneous extraction and methyl ester derivatization of low molecular weight organic acids in soil and cabbage, and then analyzed by liquid-liquid extraction with methylene chloride and gas chromatography. The recoveries of seven kinds of low molecular weight organic acids (oxalic acid, malonic acid, fumaric acid, succinic acid, maleic acid, L-malic acid and citric acid) in soil were 81.93% ~ 95.58% The recoveries were 84.78% ~ 106.99%. The detection limits were 0.72 ~ 4.14 mg / kg. The method was applied to the determination of low molecular weight organic acids in rhizosphere soil, non-rhizosphere soil and cabbage roots and stems and leaves. The results were accurate and reliable.
