以复合还原剂A+B作为还原剂在硫酸介质下对富银锰结核进行浸出研究。考察了硫酸用量、液固比和反应时间对浸出结果的影响,并对浸出机理进行了探讨。得到最佳的Mn、Ag分离条件为:硫酸35 mL/100 g矿、液固比3∶1、反应时间4 h。在此浸出条件下,锰的浸出率达到90%以上,银的品位从原矿中274 g/t提高到浸出渣中700 g/t,且银的回收率达到95%以上。
The composite reductant A + B was used as reductant to study the leaching of silver-rich manganese nodules under sulfuric acid medium. The effects of sulfuric acid dosage, liquid-solid ratio and reaction time on the leaching results were investigated. The leaching mechanism was also discussed. The optimal Mn and Ag separation conditions were as follows: 35 mL / 100 g sulfuric acid, liquid-solid ratio 3: 1 and reaction time 4 h. Under this leaching condition, the leaching rate of manganese reaches more than 90%, the grade of silver increases from 274 g / t in raw ore to 700 g / t in leached slag, and the silver recovery rate reaches more than 95%.
