2002年,张泽学校被确定为上海市“加强初中建设工程”“重点加强初中”学校。在发展过程中,学校除了把“科研兴校”放在首位,还把艺术教育作为学校发展的突破口来抓。经过探求与实践,学校的教科研氛围逐渐浓郁,教师的专业素养得到提升;艺术教育也取得了一些成绩,并促使更多地学生提高了文化学习的兴趣和信心,师生的精神面貌焕然一新。1.引进理解教育,转变教育观念。面对优秀师资和优秀生源不断流失的严峻现状,我们没有怨天尤人,而是冷静地分析学校存在的问题。我们发现,在大量优秀师生流失的恶性循环中,教师厌教,学生厌学,师生情绪对立。而教师急功近利、大搞灌输教育、剥夺学生课外活动时间、使校园生活变得枯燥无味是引起教师和学生相互误解、产生对立情绪的主要原因。
In 2002, Zhang Ze school was identified as Shanghai “to strengthen junior high school construction project” “focus on strengthening junior high school” school. In the course of its development, the school placed the “science research and development” in the first place and the arts education as a breakthrough in its development. Through exploration and practice, the atmosphere of teaching and research in schools gradually became stronger and the professional qualifications of teachers improved. Art education also achieved some achievements and encouraged more students to improve their interest and confidence in cultural studies. The mental outlook of teachers and students was completely renewed. 1. To introduce understanding of education, change the concept of education. Faced with the harsh situation of continuous loss of excellent teachers and outstanding students, we have not complained about it. Instead, we have analyzed the problems existing in schools calmly. We found that in the vicious circle of large numbers of outstanding teachers and students, teachers are tired of teaching, students are tired of learning, and teachers and students are in opposite sentiments. However, quick success has been paid to teachers, which has infused education, deprived students of extracurricular activities and made campus life dull and tasteless. This is the main reason that causes teachers and students to misunderstand each other and produce antagonistic sentiments.
