本文采用了调查访问法、文献资料调研法和数理统计的方法对青海师范大学教师的体育健身现状进行了调查和研究,在体育健康知识掌握方面、健身活动的内容、时间安排、活动场所的选择等问题进行了调查。当前,青海师范大学教师体育健身活动主要存在着教师对健身活动的积极性不高,教师参与体育锻炼的状况不容乐观,教学任务比较重,空闲时间比较少,同时,体育健身的设施不够完善等问题。因此,教师身体素质的建设应当引起学校的重视,为教师的体育健身提供完善的健身设施,切实提高教师的身体素质建设。针对这次调查的结果,提出了相应的解决措施和建议。
This paper investigates and studies the status quo of physical fitness of teachers in Qinghai Normal University with the methods of investigation and interview, literature research and mathematical statistics. In the aspect of knowledge of physical health, the content, schedule and choice of activity place of physical exercise And other issues were investigated. At present, teachers’ physical fitness activities in Qinghai Normal University mainly include teachers’ lack of enthusiasm for fitness activities, teachers’ lack of optimism in participating in physical exercises, heavier teaching tasks, less free time, and inadequate physical fitness facilities . Therefore, the construction of teachers ’physical quality should arouse the attention of schools, provide perfect fitness facilities for teachers’ physical fitness, and effectively improve the physical quality of teachers. According to the result of this survey, the corresponding solutions and suggestions are put forward.
