傅里叶变换红外光谱是快速无创分析物质分子结构的有效手段.利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪测定了肺癌组织及相应的正常组织的红外光谱,结果表明肺癌细胞与正常细胞之间的透射红外光谱存在明显差别,主要表现在核酸、蛋白质、糖类及脂类物质的特征光谱的变化;同时对设定的识别模型变量经Logistic回归,得到较为理想的结果,说明红外光谱用于肿瘤检测是可行的.
