国内大型成品油销售企业的管理模式一般分为五个层级进行管理:一级是销售企业总部,二级是省区销售企业,三级是地市成品油销售企业,四级是按县域划分的销售片区,五级是加油站。涵盖的地域非常广阔,且每一层级都需要相应的人力来支撑于企业的经营。其中的销售片区,是介于地市分公司和加油站之间的一个管理层面,是连接上级公司与基层加油站的重要纽带。尽管定位上片区只是属于地市分公司的派出机构,但在以“销售公司、省公司、地市分公司、片区、加油站”五个层级为主要业务管理的体系中,它仍然属于一个独立的管理层级组织,在地市分公司的业务管理中,它是完成全年各项经营管理指标的有力支撑,协助公司做好经营、管理、服务、协调、监督等主要工作,对实施公司发展战略具有重要作用。
