目的:研究绞股蓝总皂甙(GP)的镇痛作用及其作用机制。方法:小鼠醋酸扭体法与小鼠热板法。结果:GP50~200mg/kg能显著抑制小鼠热板、扭体反应,连续给药7天无镇痛耐受现象。从小鼠ivcGP10mg可明显提高其痛阈及GP亦能明显降低大鼠足跖炎症组织中PGE含量的实验结果提示:GP具有镇痛作用,其部位可能在中枢;GP降低PGE含量,可能是GP发挥镇痛作用的外周因素。结论:从GP中分离、提纯某种单体,开发廉价、高效的镇痛新药前景光明
OBJECTIVE: To study the analgesic effect and mechanism of total saponins of Gynostemma pentaphyllum (GP). Methods: Mouse acetic acid writhing method and mouse hot plate method. RESULTS: GP50-200mg/kg could significantly inhibit mouse hot plate and writhing responses, and there was no analgesic tolerance for continuous administration for 7 days. The experimental results from the 10 mg mouse ivcGP can significantly increase the pain threshold and GP can also significantly reduce the PGE content in the inflammatory tissue of the foot of the rats. The results suggest that GP has analgesic effect and its site may be at the center; GP lowers the PGE content and may be the GP to play. Peripheral factors for analgesic effects. Conclusion: It is promising to develop a cheap and effective analgesic new drug by separating and purifying certain monomers from GP.
