使用稠油携砂冷采综合完井方案可以提高稠油产量,适度出砂提供了一个有效的防砂方法,从而免去了传统的防砂过程。适度出砂的原理防止粗砂,生产细砂,即使用筛管阻止0·5mm或者更大的砂砾进入井筒,其余较小的固体颗粒可以随稠油到达地面。通过进行相关的试验,研究原油的携砂能力,结果表明,使用312的油管举升510mPa·s的稠油时,0·9mm的砂可以伴随稠油到达地面。慎重地使用螺杆泵开始出砂,但是只有把固体控制在15%以内,以便形成蚯蚓洞,从而提高产油层的渗透性。本文描述了新系统在油田测试的最初结果,有20口稠油井安装了螺杆泵,这些均有助于处理出砂问题。单位体积的含砂率范围是0·1%~12%。在采用CHOPS之前,单井平均产量为175~580BOPD。目前产量最高的井可达1200BOPD。年产量已达2·45×106bbl,其结果令人满意。
The use of heavy oil carrying sand and cold mining comprehensive completion program can increase heavy oil production, moderate sand provides an effective method of sand control, eliminating the need for the traditional sand control process. The principle of moderate sand production prevents grit and produces fine sand. Even if sieve tubes are used to prevent grit of 0 · 5 mm or more from entering the wellbore, the remaining smaller solid particles can reach the ground with heavy oil. Carrying out the relevant experiments to study the sand carrying capacity of crude oil, the results show that when using 312 oil pipe to lift 510mPa · s thick oil, 0.9mm sand can be accompanied by heavy oil reaching the ground. Use a screw pump with caution to start sanding, but only control the solids to within 15% to create wormholes that increase the permeability of the pay zone. This article describes the initial results of the new system in field testing. The installation of a screw pump in 20 heavy oil wells helped to deal with sand production problems. The sand content per unit volume ranges from 0.1% to 12%. Before using CHOPS, the average single-well production was 175 ~ 580BOPD. At present the highest yield wells up to 1200BOPD. The annual output has reached 2.45 × 106bbl, the result is satisfactory.
