本文主要分析解决当前我国民办高校人力资源的管理问题,从五个方面进行了论述。第一,找到新的指导理念,尽快将民办高校的发展纳入到有科学指引的体系中来,这些创新的理念也将为民办高校发展起到方向性的作用;第二,要加大人力资本投资力度,将人才作为学校的一项资本去投资、去运营;第三,精神激励和物质激励相结合,发挥激励的职能,充分调动人员的积极性和创造性,让他们将个人目标统一于学院的整体发展目标中来;第四,帮助员工建立起科学合理的职业生涯规划;最后,也是本文对策建议的重心,就是进行科学合理的考核,创新考核方法,提出了一种三级管理制度的应用雏形。
