《意见》共七个部分,即:积极履行监督检查职责,促进科学发展重大决策部署贯彻落实;加强党员干部党性修养,树立和弘扬优良作风;加强党风廉政教育,认真抓好领导干部廉洁自律工作;切实加强对领导干部监督,确保权力正确行使;加强征地监管,切实维护被征地农民的合法权益;加大查办案件工作力度,发挥办案治本功能;深化改革创新,促进重点领域和关键环节的治本抓源头工作。
The Opinions consists of seven parts: actively performing the duties of supervision and inspection and promoting the implementation of major decisions and plans for scientific development; strengthening the self-cultivation of Party members and cadres in the party spirit and establishing and promoting the fine style of work; strengthening the education of party conduct and clean government and conscientiously grasping the leading cadres’ honesty and self-discipline Strengthen the supervision of leading cadres and ensure the correct exercise of power; strengthen supervision and administration of land acquisition and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of farmers whose land has been requisitioned; intensify investigation and handling of cases; give full play to the function of handling cases according to law; deepen reform and innovation and promote the development of key areas and key links Prevent the source of work.
