[目的]研究ABA对Cd胁迫下水稻根系生长发育的调节。[方法]以中花11号水稻为材料,分析在Cd、Cd+ABA和Cd+ABA抑制剂复合处理条件下,水稻根系生长发育的变化。[结果]外源ABA缩短了水稻初生根以及不定根的长度,且明显抑制了初生根和不定根上侧根的形成,ABA也明显缩短了根毛到根尖的距离,但对不定根的数量影响不大。[结论]ABA参与了Cd胁迫下水稻根系生长发育的调节。
[Objective] The study aimed to study the regulation of ABA on the growth and development of rice roots under Cd stress. [Method] With Zhonghua 11 as experimental material, the changes of root growth and development in rice under Cd, Cd + ABA and Cd + ABA inhibitors were studied. [Result] Exogenous ABA shortened the length of primary and adventitious roots, inhibited the formation of primary and adventitious roots, ABA also shortened the distance between roots and apices, but had little effect on adventitious roots. [Conclusion] ABA was involved in the regulation of root growth and development of rice under Cd stress.
