In seismic exploration, the speed of sonic logging and the velocity obtained in seismic data processing are two very important parameters, but there are some differences between the two. In this paper, the median filtering technique is applied to deal with the acoustic logging data, which can eliminate the difference between the synthetic seismic trace and the seismic trace adjacent to the well, so as to establish a good matching relationship between the two.
