河南年内建立3万座土高炉和小高炉河南,今年要生产生铁150万吨,钢30～40万吨,建立3万座土高炉和小高炉。仅鲁山一县,已建成炼铁厂16个,7月份建成土高炉1500座,8月份将建成5立方公尺以下的小高炉300座,9月份将要建成8-28立方公尺小高炉10座。辽宁遍地盖高炉安东资源丰富,矿产40多种,仅铁矿有20亿吨,计划五年建成年产200吨钢铁联合企业。锦州,年内将建成13立方米小高炉330座,产铁20万吨,1.5吨贝氏转100座,产钢100万吨。并在阜新,北票,朝阳三县建立小型钢铁联合企业。铁岭,将在年内建立56座小高炉。辽阳,拟修建大小高炉89座,年产30万吨。海城,亦将建立两个钢铁基地。
