绩效管理是人力资源管理的工具,其应当由企业的管理者和员工共同来制定,因为企业的绩效管理不仅涉及到企业利益,还涉及到员工的个人利益。供电企业绩效管理既是企业进行人力资源管理的一种重要手段,也是我国供电企业改革必须面对的问题。提高供电企业绩效管理的水平,有利于提高企业的市场竞争力,促进电力行业的又好又快发展,从而整体上国民经济的平稳运行。
