非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)是世界上流行最广的血液系统恶性肿瘤,进入21世纪以来,发病率以每年约3%的速度增长,远高于其他癌症的发病率。流行病学调查发现,NHL患者中乙型肝炎病毒和丙型肝炎感染率高于其他实体瘤和普通人群。因此,肝炎病毒在NHL发生、发展中的作用越来越受到关注,现就肝炎病毒与NHL关系的研究进展予以综述。
Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) is the most prevalent hematological malignancy in the world. Since the 21st century, the incidence of NHL has increased by about 3% per year, much higher than that of other cancers. Epidemiological survey found that, NHL patients with hepatitis B and hepatitis C infection rate is higher than other solid tumors and the general population. Therefore, the role of hepatitis virus in the occurrence and development of NHL attracts more and more attention. The research progress of the relationship between hepatitis virus and NHL is reviewed.
