Wuhan’s building materials industry was once a difficult industry in Wuhan. When Wuhan City Building Materials Industry Corporation resumed its independent organization in 1996, most of its subsidiaries were in the state of production suspension or semi-discontinuation. They lost more than 81 million yuan from 1995 to 1997. The average debt ratio of corporate assets was as high as 119% after the value of land was removed. The company has a total of 16,133 employees, with 1/3 of posts, laid-off workers and retirees each. The burden is very heavy. After the central government proposed the three-year reform of state-owned enterprises to remove difficulties, our company took the reform of the enterprise property rights system as a breakthrough point, adopted a way to start another stove, and through the reform of the system and the conversion mechanism, achieved good results.
