The expression of MG-Ags in serum of patients with colon cancer, benign bowel disease and normal people was detected using mouse anti-human gastric cancer monoclonal antibody (MG series) immunoenzymatic method, and the serum MG levels in patients with advanced colon cancer before and after surgery were observed. - Changes in Ags. To explore the clinical significance of MG-Ags detection. The median OD value of MG-Ags detected in 48 normal subjects plus the sum of 3 standard deviations was used as a positive threshold for judging tumors. The positive rate of colon cancer was 70% (14/20), and benign disease was 8% (2/ 25) False positives were found in 2.8% of 48 normal subjects. The serum levels of MG-Ags were significantly reduced after resection of colon cancer. The results confirmed that MG-Ags detection is of great significance for the diagnosis and follow-up of patients with advanced colon cancer.
