利用自行设计的矿用氮气-细水雾防灭火装置,对其雾化装置部分进行特殊的设计。采用实验手段分析气液体积流量比对雾化装置雾化效果的影响规律,并在实验结果基础上,利用数值模拟方法对氮气-细水雾雾化装置内部气液两相流之间的相互作用机理及过程进行分析,提出了对雾化装置雾化原理的理论解释。

The influence of gas-liquid volume flow rate on the atomization effect of the atomization device was analyzed by experimental means. Based on the experimental results, the numerical simulation was used to analyze the internal gas-liquid two-phase flow in the nitrogen-water mist atomization device The mechanism and process of the atomization device are analyzed. The theoretical explanation of the atomization principle of atomization device is proposed.
