本文就通过校企合作进行“双师型”专业教师队伍建设的实践,进行总结和探讨,表明通过校企合作,专业教师进入合作企业担任企业岗位工作,专业教学聘请行业专业技术人员为兼职教师,实现专业与合作企业专业技术人员的合作互融,是解决“双师型”专业教师队伍建设的捷径。
