目的:建立视力宝颗粒中绿原酸的高效液相色谱法测定含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:Waters Symmetry C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.1 mol·L~(-1)磷酸二氢钠溶液(pH 2.7)(20:80),流速:0.8 ml·min~(-1),检测波长:328 nm,柱温:30℃。结果:绿原酸进样量在0.15~1.25μg之间,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),加样回收率为98.0%,RSD为2.73%(n=5)。结论:方法简便、准确、重复性较好,可用于测定视力宝颗粒中绿原酸的含量。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Zhenlibao granules. METHODS: The chromatographic column was Waters Symmetry C 18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1 mol·L -1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution (pH 2.7) (20:80) Flow rate: 0.8 ml · min -1, detection wavelength: 328 nm, column temperature: 30 ℃. Results: The injection volume of chlorogenic acid was in the range of 0.15-1.25 μg with a good linear relationship with the peak area (r = 0.999 9). The recovery was 98.0% and the RSD was 2.73% (n = 5). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Zhenlibao granules.
