[目的]探讨以个体化为中心的健康教育新模式对神经内科住院病人心境状态及应对方式的影响。[方法]将148例神经内科住院病人按照入院先后顺序编号按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组74例,对照组给予神经内科常规健康教育,观察组给予以个体化为中心的健康教育新模式,包括个体化教育、专题讲座、健康专栏、发放健康教育宣传单、出院指导等,使用简式简明心境问卷、简易应对方式问卷于干预前后测评两组病人心境状态和应对方式的差异。[结果]干预3周后,观察组负性心境得分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),积极心境评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组积极应对评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),消极应对评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]在神经内科住院病人中实施以个体化为中心的健康教育新模式能明显改善病人的负性心境和应对方式。
[Objective] To explore the influence of individualized new mode of health education on the in-patient state of mind and coping style of neurology inpatients. [Methods] 148 cases of neurology inpatients were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission, 74 cases in each group. The control group was given general health education in neurology and the observation group was individualized The new mode of health education, including individual education, special lectures, health column, distribution of health education leaflets, discharge guidance, the use of simple concise state of mind questionnaire, simple coping style questionnaire before and after intervention to assess the two groups of patients state of mind and coping styles The difference. [Results] After 3 weeks of intervention, the scores of negative mood in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05), and the scores of positive mood were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group (P <0.05). The positive coping scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group P <0.05), negative coping score was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The implementation of a new model of individualized health education in hospitalized patients with neurology can significantly improve the patients’ negative mood and coping style.
