目的:建立同时检测复方芎芍胶囊样品中2种指标成分含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,样品用超声提取法,用Inertsil ODS-3色谱柱分离样品,流动相为乙腈与0.5‰磷酸,梯度洗脱,流量为1 m L·min-1,柱温为室温,用紫外检测仪210 nm测定;外标法定量。结果:黄芪甲苷的线性范围为0.5~50 mg·m L-1,检出限为0.5 mg·m L-1;芍药苷的线性范围为0.5μg·m L-1~50μg·m L-1;检出限为50 ng·m L-1。对于待测组分γ均大于0.9997;方法的加样回收率为95.92~101.91%;RSD%低于3.2%(n=3)。结论:本法可用于复方芎芍胶囊中多指标成分的含量测定,方法简便、准确、灵敏度高。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of two index components in Compound Xiongshao Capsules. Methods: The samples were separated by ultrasonic method with Inertsil ODS-3 column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.5% phosphoric acid with a gradient of 1 m L · min-1. The column temperature was at room temperature, UV detector with 210 nm determination; external standard method. Results: The linear range of astragaloside was 0.5-50 mg · mL -1 and the limit of detection was 0.5 mg · mL -1. The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.5 μg · m -1 -50 μg · m L- 1; the detection limit was 50 ng · m L-1. For the tested components γ are greater than 0.9997; method of sample recovery was 95.92 ~ 101.91%; RSD% less than 3.2% (n = 3). Conclusion: This method can be used for determination of multi-index components in Compound Xiongshao Capsules. The method is simple, accurate and sensitive.
