“赏识教育”是由我国教育理论家周弘老师结合自身的教育经历提出的一种全新的教育理念。周老师将自己的聋哑女儿培养成留美博士生,成为对国家和社会有用的人,表明赏识教育这一教育理念有实践意义。一、赏识教育的基本内涵:突破应试教育的僵化体系针对中国现实中的应试教育模式,周弘老师在《赏识你的孩子》一书中提出,在教育过程中,对待孩子应该像农民对待庄稼,考虑孩子自身的需求和兴趣,充分发掘孩子的潜能,欣赏和赞美孩子,帮助孩子取得成功;当出现问题的时候,不能一味责备孩子,而应反思教育者自身是否存在问题,转变自身的教育理念。
