目的 研究苯并 [a]芘对小鼠神经系统的损伤情况。方法 将 50只昆明小鼠分为 5组 ,每组 1 0只 ,染毒组用苯并 [a]芘的植物油溶剂进行腹腔注射处理 ,每次剂量分别为 7 8,3 2 ,1 3mg/kg,每周 4次 ;溶剂对照组用植物油溶剂作平行处理 ;空白对照组不施加处理因素。实验中观察一般情况 ,于实验第2 1、 35、 49、 63天各进行 1次行为学实验 ,实验 1 0周后取小鼠脑组织、脊髓与坐骨神经制作光镜及电镜切片并观察。结果 发现苯并 [a]芘染毒组光镜及电镜下可见明显的神经组织损伤 ,行为学测试中游泳实验记分较对照组低 ,而溶剂对照组及空白对照组组织结构未见异常 ,行为学实验正常。结论 苯并 [a]芘具有神经毒性。
Objective To study the damage of benzo [a] pyrene to the nervous system of mice. Methods Fifty Kunming mice were divided into 5 groups with 10 mice in each group. The rats in the exposure group were injected intraperitoneally with benzo [a] pyrene vegetable oil solvent at the dose of 7 8,3 2 and 13 mg / kg, 4 times a week; solvent control group with vegetable oil solvent for parallel treatment; blank control group without treatment factors. In the experiment, we observed the general situation and carried out behavioral experiments on the 21st, 35th, 49th and 63rd day respectively. After the experiment, the brain tissue, the spinal cord and the sciatic nerve were harvested at 10 weeks and observed with light and electron microscope. The results showed that the neurobehavioral damage was obvious under the light microscope and electron microscope in the benzo [a] pyrene group. The swimming test score in the behavioral test was lower than that in the control group, while the solvent control group and the blank control group showed no abnormality. Learn experiment normally. Conclusion Benzo [a] pyrene is neurotoxic.
