近20年来,我一直带毕业班的语文课.而我所带班的语文高考成绩一直是全县和全校第一.这些成绩的取得.如果说有什么诀窃的话,那就是我在语文教学中始终坚持了“低起点教学”.一个班中少数学生成绩好,算不上教学成绩好;只有绝大多数学生的成绩好,那才称得上真正是教学成绩好.所谓的“低起点教学”,旨在提高绝大多数学生的成绩.要达到这样的目的,在教学中就应不但不忘掉中差生,而且要以中差生为主要教学对象;在提高中差生学习效率的同时,不但不能抛弃统编教材,而且要让中差生前进的脚印一步一步都落在统编教材上;在训练中差生掌握学习技能时,不仅不能去搞“花拳秀腿”,而是要从“稍息、立正、齐步走”的基础训练开始.
