目的比较自攻型与助攻型2种不同植入方法对正畸用微种植钉稳定性的影响。方法 48例行微种植钉植入患者,共植入微种植钉96颗。采用自攻型植入方法植入微种植钉58颗(自攻型植入组),采用助攻型植入方法植入微种植钉38颗(助攻型植入组),比较2组植入微种植钉的成功率。结果自攻型植入组松动或脱落3颗,助攻型植入组松动或脱落8颗,自攻型植入组植入微种植钉成功率(94.83%)明显高于助攻型植入组(78.95%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自攻型植入法植入微种植钉的稳定性高于助攻型植入法。
Objective To compare the effects of self-tapping and assisting 2 kinds of implants on the stability of micro-implants for orthodontics. Methods Forty-eight micro-implanting screws were implanted in 96 patients. 58 micro-implanting screws (self-tapping implanting group) were implanted by self-tapping implantation method and 38 micro-implanting implants were implanted by assisted implantation method. The success rate of planting nails. Results Three patients in the self-tapping implantation group were loosened or shedded, while those in the assisted implantation group were loosened or shedded. The success rate of micro-implanting nailing in self-tapping implantation group (94.83%) was significantly higher than that in the assisting implantation group 78.95%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The self-tapping implants implanted micro-implants stability is higher than the assistive implants.
