针对磷精矿浆输送管的腐蚀磨损问题进行了化学成分、力学性能、金相组织、显微形貌及微区成分分析。结果表明:管道经长期使用后碳沿晶界析出并呈脆化趋势,管道内壁呈典型的点腐蚀、均匀腐蚀以及冲蚀磨损形貌;传输介质中的F-、SO42-、Cl-等对管内壁起腐蚀作用,同时液体和固体粒子对管内壁不断冲刷而导致内壁磨损。
The chemical composition, mechanical properties, microstructure, microstructure and micro-composition analysis of corrosion and wear of phosphate slurry pipe are analyzed. The results show that: after long-term use of the pipe, carbon precipitates along the grain boundaries and presents a tendency of embrittlement, and the inner wall of the pipe presents typical pitting corrosion, uniform corrosion and erosion wear morphology; F-, SO42- and Cl- in the transmission medium Corrosion of the inner wall of the tube, while liquid and solid particles on the inner wall of the tube constantly washed and lead to wear the inner wall.
