国家标准《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》(GB50045-1995(2005))第9.5.1条发布实施后,建筑电气工程设计行业反应强烈;《建筑设计防火规范》(GB50016-2006)规定电力线路及电器装置设置剩余电流动作电气火灾监控系统的规定过于笼统,普遍认为难以操作;对剩余电流火灾监控系统规定要求探测过电流等信号有异议。本文通过对电气火灾的机理、剩余电流动作保护装置的工作原理、电气火灾的预防措施及剩余电流动作电器在应用中存在的问题进行了分析,对接地故障引起的电气火灾的防护提出见解,供探讨。
