(目的)了解武汉口岸1归国人员因在国外期间感染恶性疟疾而死亡的情况。〔方法〕对此病例进行流行病学调查,并对死者感染恶性疾病的原因作了分析。(结果)死者为输入性疟疾病例;传染源为喀麦隆疫区疟疾患者;传播途径为蚊虫叮咬。(结论)应加强对来自疫区的出入境人员的传染病监测,防止输入性疾病在国内传播。 (Objectives) To understand the deaths of a returning member of Wuhan Port due to the infection of falciparum malaria in a foreign country. [Methods] Epidemiological investigation of this case, and the reasons for the death of malignant diseases were analyzed. (Results) The dead were imported cases of malaria; the source of infection was malaria in Cameroon; the route of transmission was mosquito bites. (Conclusions) Infectious disease surveillance should be strengthened for entry-exit personnel from affected areas so as to prevent the transmission of imported diseases in China.
