1 前言 1998年年检中发现2台DZW4.2-0.7/95/70-A Ⅱ锅炉左侧1~#—8~#水冷壁管及1~#—6~#双面水冷壁管与锅筒焊接处反复出现裂纹渗漏。水冷壁管内水垢厚约1.0~2.0mm,锅筒内底部水渣厚约50mm且大部分是片状垢片。(见图1)该炉是1992年投运,1995年冬运行中发现左侧四根水冷壁管与锅筒焊接处焊口出现横向裂纹渗漏,经补焊后运行,以后每年都有一至二根管出现上述情况且左侧管更为严重。使用单位对上述问题的处理方法一般为焊口补焊或割除管盲死。盲死的管待取暖期结束后由锅炉厂来人换管。
1 Foreword In the 1998 annual inspection, two 1 ~ # -8 ~ # water-cooled wall tubes and 1 ~ # -6 ~ # double-sided water-cooled wall tubes and drums on the left side of DZW4.2-0.7 / 95 / 70- Cracks repeatedly leak at the weld. Water wall tube scale thickness of about 1.0 ~ 2.0mm, the bottom of the drum water slag thickness of about 50mm and most of the tablets tablets. (See Figure 1) The furnace is put into operation in 1992, the winter of 1995 found that the left side of the four water-cooled pipe wall and pipe weld weld cracks appear horizontal cracks after repair welding operation, every year after a Two tubes appear the above situation and the left side of the tube is more serious.
