随着我国社会主义市场经济体系建设的不断完善,传媒领域也都在进行着市场化的探索和改革。特别是党的十七届六中全会召开,把文化产业确定为大力扶持的支柱产业,明确了报业体制改革的方向和今后一段时期的发展任务,给传媒发展带来了又一个良好机遇。但是,机遇与挑战并存,在强调传媒市场化运作的今天,特别是随着互联网、手机、ipad等新媒体不断出现,全媒体时代如期而至,竞争的惨烈也是无法回避的现实。本文试图结合秦皇岛日报社借力主业优势、地域优势、政策优势,按照“突出主业、开发多元”的发展战略,积极稳健、稳中求进地打造传媒产业集群的探索性尝试,为地市级党报发展传媒经济找出一个新的思路。

This article tries to combine Qinhuangdao Daily with its main business advantages, geographical advantages and policy advantages, in accordance with the strategy of “highlighting the main business and developing diversified”, actively and prudently and steadily strive to build a media industry cluster, To find a new way of thinking for developing the media economy of the prefectural-level party newspaper.
