天青Ⅰ水溶液的最大吸收波长为６３３ｎｍ．肝素与天青Ⅰ水溶液反应后，其吸光度Ａ的降低与肝素浓度（效价）成正比。肝素浓度在０．０１～０．０５ｍｇ／２５ｍｌ范围内服从朗伯比尔定律，平均回收率１００．０％，变异系数０．６３％．该法可用于肝素钠注射液的效价测定。
The maximum absorption wavelength of Azure I aqueous solution is 633 nm. After the reaction of heparin and azure I aqueous solution, the decrease of absorbance A is proportional to the heparin concentration (titer). The heparin concentration obeys Lambertil’s law in the range of 0.01-0.05mg / 25ml with an average recovery of 100.0% and a coefficient of variation of 0.63%. This method can be used to determine the titer of heparin sodium injection.
