通过对福建省公安机关先进典型现状的调查分析,发现对先进典型在典型观上,即时奖励多,缺乏长期培养的意识和机制;在内涵挖掘上,精神层面多,忽视业务工作经验方法的总结和推广;在典型管理上,期望值过高,帮助解决实际问题力度不够;在典型发展上,求稳多,改革创新魄力不大等问题。必须强化先进典型的培养和使用工作,永葆先进典型的先进性和旺盛的生命力。
Through the investigation and analysis of the advanced typical situation of public security organs in Fujian Province, it finds that in the typical view of advanced models, there are many real-time rewards and lack of awareness and mechanism for long-term training.
