人力资源部是现代企业正常运营过程中必不可少的一个重要组成部分。不仅如此,大到世界500强企业,小到私营企业,都需要人力资源部为企业汲取更多人才,可见人力资源部对于每个企业来说有着不可忽视的重要作用。并且,在激烈的市场竞争环境下,有效的人力资源管理将会直接影响企业的生存与发展。基于此,研究目前企业的人力资源管理现状,并探讨建立有效的、可持续发展的企业人力资源管理机制的方法。
Human Resources Department is an indispensable part of modern enterprises in the normal operation of an important part. Not only that, as large as the world’s top 500 enterprises, as small as the private sector, requires human resources department to learn more talents for the enterprise, showing that human resources for each business has a significant role can not be ignored. And, in the fierce market competition environment, effective human resources management will directly affect the survival and development of enterprises. Based on this, we study the current situation of human resources management in enterprises and discuss ways to establish an effective and sustainable human resources management mechanism.
