体育教学是一种通过身体活动而进行的教育。本文依据体态语言学原理,论述了体态语言的含义,探析了在健美操教学中,体态语言对学生产生的重要影响以及如何有效地在健美操教学中运用体态语言来提高教学质量,以期对健美操的教学改革提供有效参考。
Physical education is a kind of education through physical activity. Based on the theory of body-language linguistics, this paper discusses the meaning of body-language and explores the important influence of body-language on students in aerobics teaching and how to effectively use body-language in aerobics teaching to improve the quality of teaching. Teaching reform provides an effective reference.
