设计了一种带过热蒸气热回收装置的地下水地源热泵系统实验装置。在设定工况(冷却水进出口温度18℃/26℃,冷水进出口温度12℃/7℃,生活热水流量750L/h)下,研究了增设热回收装置对压缩机吸排气温度、冷凝温度以及蒸发温度的影响。结果表明,与不带过热蒸气热回收地下水地源热泵系统相比,系统运行稳定性良好,运行工况得到明显改善。
A groundwater source heat pump system experimental device with overheated vapor heat recovery device was designed. Under the set conditions (cooling water inlet and outlet temperature of 18 ℃ / 26 ℃, cold water inlet and outlet temperature of 12 ℃ / 7 ℃, domestic hot water flow rate of 750L / h), the additional heat recovery device on the compressor suction exhaust temperature , Condensation temperature and evaporation temperature. The results show that compared with the ground source heat pump system without heat recovery of superheated steam, the system runs well and the operating conditions are obviously improved.
