开放教育的师生长期处于准分离状态,对学生的考核须引入注重过程评价的形成性考核。传统的形成性考核形式单一,基于网络的形成性考核是顺应教学发展趋势的教学过程评价方式。满意度分析是研究如何提高基于网络的形成性考核课程教学质量和学习效果的有效切入点。本研究以某市级电大直属教学点学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查,建立分析框架和研究假说,将学习者的满意程度作为衡量基于网络的形成性考核质量的标准,并根据4个维度、14个影响因素建立回归模型进行实证分析。研究表明考核平台设计中的入口设计和激励功能、形考任务的难度、评阅教师评语质量以及学生的学习条件是满意度的主要影响因素。最后,本研究就国家开放大学如何更好地推行基于网络的形成性考核提出可行性建议。
Open education teachers and students in a quasi-separation for a long time, the assessment of students to be introduced to focus on the process of evaluation of the formative assessment. The traditional form of formative assessment of a single, network-based formative assessment is to follow the teaching trend of teaching evaluation process. Satisfaction analysis is an effective entry point to study how to improve the teaching quality and learning effect of Web-based formative assessment course. In this study, the students directly under the teaching of a municipal TV University were selected as the research object. Through the questionnaire survey, the analysis framework and the research hypothesis were established. The satisfaction level of the learners was taken as the standard to measure the quality of the formative examination based on the network. According to the four dimensions, 14 factors to establish a regression model for empirical analysis. The research shows that the entrance design and motivation function, the difficulty of the form test, the quality of the reviewers’ comments and the learning conditions of the students are the main influence factors of the satisfaction of the entrance examination platform design. Finally, this study put forward feasible suggestions on how to better implement the formative assessment based on internet by the Open University of China.
