葡萄避雨栽培在有效减轻病害的同时,对果实品质也产生了一定的影响。从避雨栽培条件下,光照、温度、湿度等微环境条件变化对葡萄果实品质影响的角度,对国内外最新研究进展进行了综述,分析了微环境变化与葡萄果实糖、酸、芳香物质、酚类物质、着色等主要果实品质指标之间的关系,对目前的研究现状进行了分析,并对未来的研究方向进行了探讨。
Rain shelter cultivation in the effective mitigation of diseases at the same time, the quality of the fruit also had a certain impact. From the perspectives of rain shelter cultivation, the influence of micro-environmental conditions such as light, temperature and humidity on the fruit quality of grape, the recent research progress at home and abroad were reviewed. The changes of microenvironment and the effects of sugar, acid, aroma, Phenols, coloring and other major fruit quality indicators of the relationship between the status quo of the current research were analyzed and future research directions were discussed.
