目的:探讨活血散瘀醒脑汤对微创血肿清除后脑出血患者血浆MMP-9与神经功能的影响。方法:选取医院2013年3月—2015年5月收治的108例脑出血患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各54例。两组患者入院后均给予常规对症治疗及血肿微创清除手术,而观察组患者则在此基础上加以中药活血散瘀醒脑汤治疗,观察患者治疗过程中血浆MMP-9含量及治疗后神经功能缺损情况,并对结果进行比较分析。结果:两组患者MMP-9水平均于术后2 d达到最高峰,治疗7 d后明显降低,其中观察组患者治疗7d和治疗14 d的MMP-9的水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗14 d后两组NDS均较入院时明显降低,其中观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组基本痊愈人数相比对照组明显增加(P<0.05),差异均具有统计学意义。结论:活血散瘀醒脑汤能有效降低脑出血患者微创血肿清除术后血浆MMP-9水平,降低其神经功能缺损程度,并因此提高临床治疗效果。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Huoxue San Yu Xingnao Decoction on plasma MMP-9 and neurological function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive hematoma removal. Methods: A total of 108 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted from March 2013 to May 2015 in our hospital were selected as study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 54 cases in each group. Both groups were given conventional symptomatic treatment and hematoma minimally invasive surgery after admission, while patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Huoxue San Yu Xingnao Tang on this basis. The levels of plasma MMP-9 and post-treatment nerve Functional deficiencies, and comparative analysis of the results. Results: The levels of MMP-9 in both groups reached the peak on the second day after operation and decreased significantly after 7 days of treatment. The levels of MMP-9 in the observation group at 7th and 14th days after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment for 14 days, NDS in both groups were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05), and the number of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05) Differences were statistically significant. Conclusion: Huoxue San Yu Xingnao Decoction can effectively reduce the level of plasma MMP-9 and reduce the degree of neurological deficits after minimally invasive hematoma in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage, and thus improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
